Communication Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Location : Haaren, Germany

Job description

As the Communication Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s new marketing communication. As part of the team, you will help design ASM’s image from a national to an international market. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication and marketing plans in line with our business objectives. You will also help choose and implement a CRM system to streamline customer interactions and improve overall efficiency in managing client relationships.

Additionally, you will play a key role in our participation in over 5 international fairs each year, ensuring that our presence at these events effectively communicates our brand message and generates valuable leads. You will also coordinate the overall logistics and activities for these fairs, from overseeing booth setup to post-event follow-up to foster lasting relationships with attendees and follow up on leads.

Key responsabilities

  • Being a part of the International Sales team, with team members from different countries and working closely with the Sales Director
  • Developing ASM’s brand image from a national to an international market
  • Exhibition planning of currently five fairs in different countries
  • Managing social media content and community
  • Managing our website
  • Managing local PR
  • Graphic and textual creation and customization of marketing documents of all kinds, e.g. for social media, newsletters, websites, PR and brochures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to adapt and coordinate the online marketing strategy: working closely with the marketing and sales team, as well as technical marketing

Skills & Expertise

  • Apprenticeship in marketing communications, studies specializing in marketing or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing, as well as in international communication
  • Fluent written and spoken English required, German important, any additional language beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, other programs welcome
  • First experience with WordPress and SEO-optimized texts
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and organize your time to meet deadlines
  • Effective at communicating progress and risks to projects/deadlines
  • Ease at building relationships
  • Open minded
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
